Leaders in Procurement Transformation for Resilient Supply Chains award

(Large Enterprise)

This award is for companies that have transformed their procurement strategies to enhance resilience and adaptability in supply chains. Organizations that have successfully navigated challenges such as disruptions, geopolitical shifts, or supplier risks while maintaining operational efficiency are encouraged to apply.

Best Collaborative Teamwork Project Award

(SMEs)

This category recognizes SMEs that have excelled in teamwork and collaboration within procurement or supply chain projects. Companies should demonstrate how cross-functional teams, partnerships, or supplier collaborations have led to outstanding project outcomes.

AWARDS GUIDELINES

1. Conflict of Interest

Judges must declare any potential conflicts of interest and recuse themselves from evaluating entries where a conflict exists.
If an applicant has a direct conflict with a judge, their submission may be disqualified to maintain fairness and integrity.

2. Submission Rules

One Submission Per Company: Each company may apply for only one category.
Submission Period: Opens 7 April and closes 16 May. Late submissions will not be accepted but may be considered for the next edition of the awards.
Submission Process: All entries must be submitted exclusively to CT Event Asia’s authorized team. Submissions sent to judges or unauthorized individuals will not be considered.

3. Submission Criteria

Applicants must provide compelling evidence (Past 18 months) to support their nomination in one of the following formats:
- a 1-minute Full HD video showcasing achievements and impact.
- a written testimony (maximum 500 words) with supporting materials.
- a visual portfolio (e.g., infographics, images, or presentation slides) highlighting key milestones and outcomes.
Submissions should reflect genuine accomplishments and must adhere to category-specific requirements.

4. Shortlisting & Evaluation Process

All categories require nominations. Submissions will be reviewed based on their alignment with category criteria, industry relevance, and overall merit.
For the CPO of the Year Award, an additional interview session will be conducted as part of the assessment process.

5. Voting & Final Decision

Judges' Evaluation: 70% of the final decision.
Audience Voting: 30% of the final decision. (Each attendee may cast one vote per category.)
Final Authority: The judging panel has the decisive vote, and in the event of a tie, the Chair Judge will determine the winner.

6. Data Privacy

By submitting an application, nominees agree that CT Event Asia may collect, store, and utilize personal and company information solely for award-related purposes.

7. Declaration of Agreement

By participating, all applicants confirm that:
- Their submission is truthful, accurate, and represents their company’s actual achievements.
- They understand that incomplete or misleading entries may lead to disqualification.
- They agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the award process.

Judging Process for the ASEAN Procurement Innovation Summit & Awards 2025

The ASEAN Procurement Innovation Summit & Awards 2025 will uphold a rigorous and transparent judging process to ensure the highest standards of evaluation. Judges are carefully selected based on their industry knowledge, experience, and expertise to provide a fair assessment of all entries. Below is selected judges:

Judging Process

Confidentiality and Integrity:
- Judges sign confidentiality agreements to ensure that all submission details remain strictly private and are not shared outside the judging panel.
- Any judge with a conflict of interest in a particular category must declare it and will be excluded from evaluating those entries.
Initial Screening and Categorization:
- Entries are reviewed to confirm that they align with the correct award categories.
- Applicants may be required to participate in an interview with the judging panel.
Evaluation and Scoring:
- Each judge provides independent scores and written feedback for shortlisted entries.
- Scores are based on predefined criteria, ensuring fairness and consistency in evaluations.
Final Decision and Integrity Measures:
- Only the designated judging panel and the awards administration team have access to the submission materials and judging system.
- The final selection of winners will be based on a weighted voting process:
  - Judges' Scores: 60% of the total score.
  - Audience Votes: 40% of the total score, collected during the event.

Shortlisting Mechanism

Initial Screening:
- Applications reviewed for eligibility (e.g., SME/Large classification, submission requirements).
- Passing Mark: Applicants must score ≥50/100 points from judges to advance.
Interview Stage:
- Shortlisted applicants attend 15-minute virtual interviews with judges.
- Interviews assess authenticity, teamwork, and measurable impact.
Final Shortlist:
- Top 3 nominees per category advance to the final voting stage.
- Tie-Breaker: Oversight by MIPMM (Malaysian Institute of Purchasing & Materials Management).
